بِسْمِ ٱللّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
تمام تعریفیں اللہ ربّ العالمین کے لیے ہیں، اور درود و سلام ہوں ہمارے سردار حضرت محمدؐ، رسولِ اللہ، آپ کی آل اور تمام صحابہ کرامؓ پر۔
تعلیم ایک مضبوط، پائیدار اور جامع بنیاد ہے جس پر قوموں کی فکری نشوونما، اخلاقی استحکام، معاشرتی ترقی اور روشن مستقبل قائم ہوتا ہے۔ جس دن قرآنِ کریم کی پہلی وحی نازل ہوئی، اسی دن سے نافع علم کا سفر شروع ہو گیا۔ دینی تعلیم انسان کو اپنے رب کی پہچان عطا کرتی ہے، ایمان کو مضبوط کرتی ہے، اعلیٰ اخلاق پیدا کرتی ہے اور اسلامی شریعت کے جامع اصولوں سے روشناس کراتی ہے۔ یہی تعلیم باطنی اصلاح، تزکیۂ نفس اور صالح زندگی کی بنیاد رکھتی ہے۔
صدیوں سے اسلامی مدارس یہ مقدس ذمہ داری ادا کرتے چلے آ رہے ہیں۔ یہ ادارے قرآن و سنت کی تعلیمات، فقہ و حدیث کے سرمائے، اسلامی تہذیب کے تسلسل اور امتِ مسلمہ کی دینی شناخت کے امین ہیں۔ اس کے ساتھ ساتھ دوسری نافع علوم بھی انسانی زندگی کے لیے ناگزیر ہیں۔ عصری تعلیم انسان کو جدید تقاضوں سے ہم آہنگ کرتی ہے اور سائنس و ٹیکنالوجی، معیشت، انتظامی امور، طب، انجینئرنگ، کمپیوٹر سائنس اور دیگر شعبوں میں ترقی کے راستے کھولتی ہے۔ یہ انسان کو کائنات کے قوانین سمجھنے، زمین و آسمان کی حقیقتوں پر غور و فکر کرنے، اور زندگی کے وسائل کو بہتر بنانے کی صلاحیت عطا کرتی ہے۔
عصرِ حاضر میں معاشرتی استحکام اور معاشی خود کفالت قومی ترقی کے لئے بنیادی ضرورت بن چکے ہیں۔ معہدُ السلام تعلیم کے اسی جامع، متوازن اور کثیرالجہتی تصور کا عملی مظہر ہے۔ یہ ادارہ اس یقین کے ساتھ قائم کیا گیا ہے کہ مضبوط اسلامی فکر، پختہ علمی بنیاد اور عصری مہارتوں کے امتزاج سے ہی ایسے افراد تیار کیے جا سکتے ہیں جو معاشرے کی حقیقی رہنمائی کر سکیں۔
اس ادارے میں دینی تعلیم کا منظم و مربوط نظام موجود ہے جو ابتدائی عربی درجات سے شروع ہو کر عالمیت، فضیلت اور تخصصات تک پہنچتا ہے۔ اسی کے ساتھ عصری تعلیم کا مکمل انتظام بھی موجود ہے، جس کی اسناد حکومت اور جامعات تسلیم کرتی ہیں۔ یہاں طلبہ کو ایک ہی تعلیمی ماحول میں دینی علوم کی گہرائی اور عصری سائنسز کی وسعت دونوں فراہم کی جاتی ہیں۔
معہدُ السلام مولانا انیس الرحمٰن قاسمی، امیرِ شریعت بہار، اڑیسہ اور جھارکھنڈ کی سرپرستی میں کام کر رہا ہے اور اپنے تعلیمی مشن میں مسلسل ترقی کر رہا ہے

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the worlds, and peace and blessings be upon our master Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, and upon his family and all his companions.
Education is a strong, enduring, and comprehensive foundation upon which the intellectual development, moral stability, social progress, and bright future of nations are built. From the very day the first revelation of the Holy Qur’an was revealed, the journey of beneficial knowledge began. Religious education acquaints a human being with the recognition of his Lord, strengthens faith, cultivates noble character, and introduces the comprehensive principles of Islamic law. It forms the basis for inner reform, purification of the soul, and a righteous way of life.
For centuries, Islamic seminaries (Madrasas) have been fulfilling this sacred responsibility. These institutions are the custodians of the teachings of the Qur’an and Sunnah, the preservation of Islamic jurisprudence and Hadith, the continuity of Islamic civilization, and the religious identity of the Muslim Ummah. Alongside this, other beneficial sciences are also essential for human life. Contemporary education harmonizes individuals with modern requirements, opening pathways toward progress in science and technology, economics, management, medicine, engineering, computer science, and other fields. It enables human beings to understand the laws of nature, reflect on the mysteries of the earth and the heavens, and develop the resources of life.
In the present era, social stability and economic self-reliance are essential for national development. Ma’had -us-Salam is a practical manifestation of this comprehensive, balanced,
and multidimensional concept of education. This institution has been established with the firm belief that only through the integration of sound Islamic thought, a strong academic foundation, and contemporary skills can individuals be prepared who are capable of providing genuine guidance to society.
In this institute, a well-organized and integrated system of religious education is available, starting from the first level of Arabic studies up to ‘Alimiyat, Fazilat, and advanced specializations. Alongside this, complete arrangements have been made for modern education whose certificates are recognized by the government and universities. Here, students are provided, within a single academic environment, both the depth of religious knowledge and the breadth of beneficial contemporary sciences.
Ma’had-us-Salam is functioning under the patronage of Maulana Anisur Rahman Qasmi, the Amir-e-Shariat of Bihar, Odisha, and Jharkhand, and is steadily progressing in its educationalmission.
